What my Company Does
Widism® is an innovative personal and professional development company that helps youth and adults turn challenging life transitions into opportunities for sustainable positive transformation. In other words, we help people shift from where they are to where they want to be. This is achieved through a model of inner discovery and outer application. We offer: - One-on-one & Group Coaching: intimate and personalized support to help clients refine & redefine their lives; - WIDExperiences™: original adventure retreats combining life coaching workshops with unique hands-on wildlife conservation and exciting outdoor education programs; - Gap Year Consulting: to help youth choose the perfect “travel to learn” experience to pursue after high school or college; - Motivational Speaking: engaging and entertaining talks on how to access self-actualizing experiences and careers; - Information Products: books & courses designed to guide and inspire customers to intentionally design their lives.
What makes me a Future Entrepreneurial Leader:
I started Widism® because I refused to view my life and work as mutually exclusive. Inspired by people who achieved unconventional forms of work-life blending, I was compelled to help others realize a harmonious integration of their passions, purpose, and professions. Widism® is based on the holistic principle of "living life wide" as opposed to "living large". The latter implies excess and materialism while wide implies abundance and fulfillment. I'm PACT's Social Innovator & Global Advocate, a Global Engagement Summit Alumni, an Ashoka Changemaker, and a future Starting Bloc Fellow. And I believe, as George Bernard Shaw put it, that "we have no more right to consume happiness without producing it than to consume wealth without producing it". This is why, together with The PACT Urban Peace Program, I created the Get-Give™ - a One-for-One coaching model allowing clients to gift coaching to at-risk youth by simply investing in their own self development. My vision is to revolutionize the way life coaching impacts the world. Traditionally, clients are the sole beneficiaries. Instead, I want to help people help themselves while enabling them to help society and the environment too.

Clayton is one of the most inspiring young men that I know! He is a deep visionary and he has the capacity to think BIG and put his dreams into action. When he started his coaching I had the privilege of being his coach and one thing that automatically inspired me about Clay during our sessions was that he was the real deal.
